Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across its growing network of medical facilities. You will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring, compliance with HR policies, and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer issuance, including job description finalisation, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Maintain talent pipelines, recruitment trackers, and job advertisements while conducting reference checks and preparing salary recommendations aligned with market benchmarks.
• Administer pre‑employment processes such as profile creation, document verification, medical clearances and work‑pass or professional licence applications.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities and Payroll to ensure new hires are ready to start on Day 1, and oversee orientation and induction programmes.
• Continuously review and improve recruitment and employee‑life‑cycle processes, and contribute to HR projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; IHRP certification is a plus.
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment regulations and HR administration.
• Proficiency with HR systems and applicant tracking tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
