Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist (Luxury Retail)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to shape the talent landscape of a prestigious luxury retail and lifestyle group. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment for boutique floor staff and specialised corporate functions while supporting daily HR operations and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding.
• Partner with Retail Operations Managers and Corporate Department Heads to define headcount and profile requirements.
• Source high‑calibre boutique staff (Managers, Sales Specialists, Brand Ambassadors) and corporate talent across merchandising, marketing, finance and logistics.
• Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through networking, social media and industry events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries on policies and procedures.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and conduct post‑joining check‑ins to boost retention.
• Support core HR initiatives such as employee relations, performance management cycles and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within luxury retail, premium hospitality or consumer‑facing sectors.
• Track record of hiring both high‑volume front‑line retail staff and specialised corporate professionals.
• Familiarity with HR operations or strong willingness to handle generalist HR duties.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, agile mindset with strong organisational abilities to manage competing priorities.
