Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

FINN, a fast‑growing fintech transforming financial access for workers across Asia, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale its hiring engine. This remote, Asia‑time‑zone role will partner with the CEO and leadership team to attract top talent as the company expands from ~60 to 200+ employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for technical and leadership positions, focusing on engineering, product, data, operations, and growth functions.
• Design and implement data‑driven, bias‑reduced hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Build high‑quality talent pipelines and engage passive candidates across Southeast Asia and global remote markets.
• Define and execute the overall hiring strategy, supporting workforce planning and rapid organizational growth.
• Develop and manage a small Talent Acquisition team, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Implement recruiting KPIs, reporting, and best practices; leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast‑growing companies.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a recruiting team.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical roles and senior leadership positions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to design scalable hiring processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with founders, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams.
