Talent Acquisition Lead – Southeast Asia & ANZ

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring the attraction and hiring of high‑caliber talent that supports the company’s growth and innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic talent advisory to leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers on workforce planning, market trends, and hiring strategies.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including corporate, commercial, supply‑chain, technical, and leadership positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent‑pipelining strategies for hard‑to‑fill and critical positions.
• Ensure compliance with Solventum policies and local labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to regional talent acquisition initiatives, diversity hiring, employer branding, and capability‑building programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition partner, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions using data‑driven insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high‑quality candidate experiences.
