Talent Acquisition Manager – FinTech

About the role

Liquid Group, a Singapore‑headquartered fintech operating a regional payment network, is seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Manager. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment across all functions – from technology and product to operations and finance – and help build the hiring infrastructure needed for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open roles, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define screening criteria, and run structured interview processes.
• Source, screen, and shortlist senior and specialist candidates, including VP, Director, and Head‑of‑Function positions.
• Coordinate interview panels, debriefs, and decision‑making cadence.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters in collaboration with the Head of People.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles (Product, Engineering, Payments, Commercial, Operations).
• Run targeted sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, the company career portal, and other relevant channels.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring performance and cost accountability.
• Develop and maintain an active employee referral programme.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding handover to People Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for senior and specialist roles in the Singapore tech/fintech market.
• Strong ability to work with senior executives, hiring managers, and external partners simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a data‑driven approach to hiring metrics and reporting.
