Talent Acquisition Recruiter – 1 Year Contract

About the role

This 12‑month contract role will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the organisation, building talent pipelines and strengthening the employer brand. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and external vendors to attract, assess and onboard talent that meets current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle – job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing and candidate selection.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and talent mapping for ongoing and future manpower requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive effective interview processes and hiring decisions.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics to track time‑to‑fill, pipeline effectiveness and workforce risks.
• Optimise recruitment workflows, system functionalities and reporting capabilities.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, manage LinkedIn presence and support recruitment marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search partners, including vendor onboarding and performance evaluation.
• Partner on early‑career and internship programmes, designing structured internship frameworks and conversion pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and external vendors.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
