Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes across its extensive healthcare network. You will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer issuance, including job description finalisation, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Manage job advertisements, talent pipelines, recruitment trackers, reference checks and prepare competitive salary recommendations.
• Administer pre‑employment processes such as profile creation, document verification, medical requirements and work‑pass or professional licence applications.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities and Payroll, and facilitate Day 1 orientation and induction programmes.
• Review and improve recruitment and employee‑life‑cycle processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Participate in HR‑related projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; IHRP certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment regulations and HR administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
