Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Corporate Functions (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Corporate Functions team in Singapore. This 12‑month contract role will work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to source high‑quality candidates for Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics positions across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches and engage talent at all levels.
• Own interview scheduling, communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Champion a great candidate experience and promote TikTok/ByteDance as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
• At least 1 year of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (search firm or in‑house recruiting) preferred.
