Talent Acquisition Specialist – 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join Samsung's Regional People Experience Team to lead recruitment across the Southeast Asia & Oceania region. You will own the full hiring cycle, partner with hiring managers and HR, and help shape the employer brand in a dynamic, multi‑country environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job intake to offer management for roles across Singapore and other SEAO markets.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X‑ray search techniques.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, presenting qualified talent that meets business needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and keep hiring stakeholders informed.
• Support regional talent acquisition projects, employer‑branding initiatives, and process‑improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, generate recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in‑house, multinational, or agency setting.
• Proven ability to handle multi‑country hiring and build talent pipelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and organizational skills.
