Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate

About the role

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid global expansion. The role will partner with hiring managers across Marketing, Payments, Financial Products, Operations and other critical business functions to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting: source, interview, coordinate hiring steps, negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through hire.
• Act as a strategic Talent Partner, providing consulting, coaching and market insights to business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases and HR assets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, job fairs and ongoing candidate engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top‑tier tech companies or agencies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated success meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and consulting capabilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Interest or curiosity about the crypto and Web3 industry.
