Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition Center

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Center (TAC) Global team builds high‑performance teams for ByteDance’s worldwide business units. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead sourcing initiatives, partner with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all seniority levels.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, launching new projects and optimizing existing processes.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and promote ByteDance as an employer of choice.
• Support talent needs across APAC and AMS regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Preferably 2+ years of recruitment experience in the tech sector, either in an agency, search firm or in‑house.
