Talent Acquisition Specialist (In House)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the organisation, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. This in‑house role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and delivering high‑quality hires that match business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, professional networks and talent databases.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for experience, competencies and cultural fit.
• Provide timely recruitment updates and maintain accurate hiring metrics.
• Proactively engage passive talent and build pipelines for critical, recurring and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Continuously explore new sourcing channels, tools and approaches to improve candidate attraction.
• Collaborate with business functions to translate hiring priorities into effective recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an in‑house setting.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and current employment market trends.
