Talent Acquisition Specialist – Platform Responsibility (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Platform Responsibility team is building AI‑driven infrastructure for content safety at TikTok. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the team by sourcing, engaging, and coordinating candidates for a range of positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all seniority levels.
• Own interview scheduling, communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams, and maintain clear candidate communication.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and market research.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Advocate TikTok as an employer of choice and ensure a great candidate experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (search firm or in‑house).
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
