Talent Acquisition Specialist – Retail

About the role

The COMO Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its retail boutiques. You will partner with hiring managers to attract high‑calibre talent, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for retail stores.
• Create and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and build partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks.
• Produce accurate recruitment reports, manage candidate databases, and track recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding activities, including pre‑employment screening, work pass applications, and payroll documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain HR systems and records.
• Verify monthly medical invoices and participate in HR projects as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality or customer‑service environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and related legislation.
