Talent Acquisition Specialist – Talent Acquisition Center – Singapore (Third‑Party)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition Center – Global (TAC‑Global) team supporting ByteDance’s worldwide business units. The role is a 12‑month temporary assignment managed by a third‑party agency, with the opportunity to source and engage talent across multiple regions, including APAC and AMS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches covering all seniority levels.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, launch new projects and optimise existing processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to streamline the recruitment workflow.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote ByteDance as an employer of choice.
• Support recruitment needs across various regions, primarily APAC and AMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the technology sector, either in an agency, search firm or in‑house.
