Talent & Culture Intern (6 Months)

About the role

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), a global medical technology company with a presence in over 50 countries, is looking for a Talent Management Intern in Singapore. The internship lasts 6 months and focuses on supporting learning and development programs for leaders and managers, while assisting with regional strategic projects on talent readiness and leadership capability.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent programs by helping coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the region.
• Contribute to regional high-impact initiatives on leadership development, talent readiness and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders on talent initiatives.
• Prepare materials, presentations and reports for talent programs and events.
• Take part in BD University sessions and get exposure to tools such as LEAP, RISE and Powerskills.
• Support performance management, development planning, talent reviews and engagement surveys with the Associate Shared Services Center (ASC).

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field; MBA students are welcome.
• A curious, visionary mindset and a passion for helping people reach their full potential.
• Creativity and strong communication skills, with an interest in instructional design, project management and digital learning.
• Frequent use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, with a desire to explore how technology can enhance learning and leadership development.
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
