Talent Executive

About the role

Uniqlo is looking for an experienced Talent Executive to join its HR team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, support hiring managers, and help build a strong talent pipeline for our fast‑growing retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and assess applicants through pre‑interview assessments.
• Manage the hiring workflow, including offers and new‑hire orientation.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders on recruitment plans.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans, especially for store operations.
• Visit stores to monitor talent progress and collaborate with store managers.
• Organise both physical and virtual recruitment events.
• Provide general HR and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or high‑growth retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• IHRP‑CP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
