Talent Management Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Management Executive to join Apex Harmony Lodge, a 210‑bed nursing home specializing in dementia care. The role will oversee day‑to‑day talent management operations with a primary focus on end‑to‑end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, shift payments, deductions and reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality while handling payroll changes such as new hires, resignations, salary revisions and no‑pay leave.
• Administer statutory submissions and compliance matters (CPF, SDL, IR8A, IR21, government leave reimbursements).
• Respond to employee payroll queries and keep audit‑ready payroll documentation.
• Prepare and submit statutory HR reports (MOM surveys, ILTC manpower updates) and maintain accurate employee data across systems.
• Support HR audits, grant applications and staff engagement initiatives.
• Update HR templates, SOPs, checklists and assist with process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with hands‑on end‑to‑end payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and IRAS compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient, resourceful and hands‑on attitude.
