Talent Manager

About the role

The Talent Manager drives talent management strategy to support organisational growth, employee development and workforce effectiveness. Working closely with leadership and HR partners, the role builds a strong talent pipeline and a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent development, succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Identify current and future talent needs through workforce analytics, performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Support performance management processes, helping managers set goals, monitor progress and drive high performance.
• Develop and manage learning initiatives such as leadership training, mentoring, coaching and career‑development frameworks.
• Collaborate with recruitment, L&D and business leaders to create an integrated talent‑management approach.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention by fostering a positive culture and supporting recognition programs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of talent management principles, organisational development, workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Consulting mindset and proven ability to translate talent data into strategic recommendations.
