Talent Strategy Manager

About the role

The NTU Honours College is seeking a dynamic Talent Strategy Manager to lead its admissions, outreach, and scholarship programmes. This senior position will shape the college’s student body, manage prestigious scholarship portfolios, and drive high‑impact engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end admissions cycle, including application review, shortlisting, and interviews.
• Manage placement, tracking, and engagement of scholarship recipients for the Nanyang Merit Scholarship, Nanyang Global Scholarship, and NTU President’s Award.
• Collaborate with Faculty Leads and Fellows to create development opportunities for scholars.
• Plan and deliver flagship events such as Freshmen Welcome Reception, Scholar Engagement Series, Open House, and outreach briefings.
• Oversee content development and maintenance of the NHC website and digital platforms.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and engage external partners as needed.
• Lead student engagement initiatives, including the formation of the NHC Student Club and its sub‑clubs.
• Track outcomes, monitor processes, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities in admissions and scholarship strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
• Strong understanding of university‑level admissions, scholarships, and student development.
• Familiarity with higher‑education outreach, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications.
• Working knowledge of content management systems, CRM tools, and event‑planning best practices.
• At least 10 years of experience in higher education, admissions, programme management, or student affairs.
