Tax Manager, APAC

About the role

Fiserv is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead direct and indirect tax activities for its APAC affiliates. You will join a global in‑house tax team and work on compliance, tax provisioning, restructures, financing and process improvement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure accurate reporting of all tax matters for U.S. and non‑U.S. statutory and financial reporting.
• Prepare month‑end closing, deferred tax reporting, tax provision schedules, returns, payments and maintain the tax provision database.
• Review corporate tax returns prepared by external advisers and support M&A, transaction and planning initiatives.
• Manage tax audits across APAC, liaising with local advisers as needed.
• Monitor APAC tax law changes, assess impact and advise the business.
• Improve tax processes and support cross‑functional strategic initiatives.
• Assist with new process and system implementations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 10 years of tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or a U.S. multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax accounting concepts and financial reporting implications.
• Ability to collaborate with local and regional Accounting, Finance, Treasury and U.S. Corporate Tax teams.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
