Tax Manager / Senior Manager – Strategic Leadership Role

About the role

This senior leadership position is designed for an experienced tax professional to steer a dynamic advisory team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality tax compliance and consultancy services to both corporate and individual clients, while shaping the firm’s strategic tax offering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax specialists in providing end‑to‑end tax compliance and advisory for corporate and individual portfolios.
• Act as senior technical advisor on complex tax planning, including cross‑border structuring, mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and guide clients through tax incentive and risk mitigation programmes.
• Drive internal process improvements and champion digital tools to increase tax function efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored tax strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals and corporations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in tax advisory and compliance within the Singapore regulatory environment.
• Proven track record managing complex projects such as estate planning, tax incentives and multi‑jurisdictional tax issues.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and audit handling experience.

• Expertise in statutory reporting requirements.
