Tax Manager, Singapore

About the role

Join a global tax team as a Tax Manager based in Singapore, supporting international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with finance, legal, and commercial teams to deliver tax‑efficient solutions while managing tax risk for a purpose‑driven organization in the food and agriculture value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting for Australia and New Zealand, including tax provisions, disclosures, and statutory filings.
• Prepare and review Income Tax Returns, Country‑by‑Country Reporting, and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Provide practical tax advice on cross‑border transactions, M&A activities, and operational initiatives.
• Support transfer‑pricing compliance, benchmarking studies, and intercompany arrangements across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external advisers and tax authorities during audits, reviews, and controversy resolution.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to align with global tax policies and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Experienced tax professional with a strong background in international tax, transfer pricing, and corporate tax compliance.
• Proven ability to work with senior finance leaders and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing tax risk and supporting business growth.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
