Tax R&D and Incentives Advisory Graduate Associate

About the role

KPMG Singapore is seeking a Graduate Associate to join its Tax R&D and Incentives Advisory team. You will support clients in accessing Singapore government grants and R&D tax incentives while gaining exposure to high‑impact projects across automation, technology development, and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business models and operational plans in Singapore.
• Review technical and financial documentation to assess eligibility for relevant incentives and grants.
• Prepare engagement deliverables such as business plans, project plans, and technical descriptions.
• Liaise with government agencies to facilitate claims and submissions.
• Assist in engagement planning, scheduling, and billing.
• Collaborate with colleagues across local and overseas business units to deliver high‑quality services.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2026) eager to grow within a dynamic advisory practice.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
