Tax Workforce Consulting Off-Cycle Internship (Jul-Dec 2026)

About the role

PwC Singapore is offering a six‑month off‑cycle internship from July to December 2026 in its Tax Workforce Consulting team. Interns will work alongside experienced consultants, supporting managers in delivering tax and HR‑related solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing client‑focused solutions by understanding business needs and delivering holistic advice.
• Prepare and edit client deliverables that communicate key insights and recommendations.
• Support employment tax advisory work, including structuring, investments, M&A, and family‑office setups, in collaboration with the corporate tax team.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives by researching market trends and best practices.
• Participate in business development activities and help prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep clients informed of legislative and market developments.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good conceptual understanding of relevant theories and frameworks.
• Demonstrated involvement in co‑curricular activities.
• Passion for the consulting industry and willingness to learn.
