TCM Physician (Junior) – Full‑time Clinical Role

About the role

Pinewell Chinese Medicine is seeking a full‑time TCM Physician or Junior Physician to join its on‑site clinic in Singapore. The position is ideal for recent TCM graduates or early‑career doctors who want hands‑on mentorship, diverse case exposure, and a pathway to long‑term professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support or independently conduct TCM diagnosis, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout each session.
• Learn clinical reasoning directly from the Medical Director.
• Perform herbal dispensary duties as required.
• Assist with clinic operations and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised TCM qualification (degree or diploma) and eligibility for registration with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) Singapore.
• Strong ethical standards, reliability and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, specialist‑level environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages commonly spoken by patients in Singapore is a plus.
• Demonstrated clinical interest, professional attitude and a patient‑focused mindset.
