Team Head – Indonesia Private Banking

About the role

Bank of Singapore is seeking a dynamic Team Head for its Indonesia market within the Private Banking division. The role leads a team of Relationship Managers, drives business growth, and ensures the delivery of tailored wealth solutions to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Market Head in shaping and executing the team’s business plan and financial targets.
• Lead overall marketing and networking initiatives, creating synergies with other OCBC business units.
• Assist Relationship Managers in business development, prospecting new clients and managing existing relationships.
• Leverage the firm’s product suite to provide advisory solutions that meet client investment needs while upholding BOS Advisory standards.
• Mentor and coach Relationship Managers, fostering teamwork, talent attraction, retention and development.
• Ensure strict compliance with policies, processes and risk‑management guidelines, taking accountability for credit and reputational risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking or wealth management serving high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Client‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building and business‑development capabilities.
• Leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit combined with robust risk‑management knowledge.
