Team Leader – HVAC Chiller Services

About the role

Join Trane Technologies as a Team Leader responsible for delivering chiller overhaul, start‑up, and maintenance projects at customer sites. You will lead engineers and technicians to ensure high‑quality, sustainable HVAC solutions while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute chiller overhaul and start‑up jobs for Trane and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on chillers and related systems.
• Lead a team in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and preparing technical reports for management.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and contractors to resolve site technical issues.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, EHS, and company standards.
• Assess team performance and recommend rewards or corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience with chiller systems/air‑conditioning or 3 years project handling experience.
• Positive attitude, strong team‑bonding skills, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Basic ACMV knowledge and refrigerant handling.
• Chiller overhaul and start‑up procedures.
• HVAC equipment troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
