Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily dining service operations.
- Lead and support the service team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Oversee order taking, food delivery, and service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Train and coach junior staff on service standards and procedures.
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance on the floor.
