Technical Delivery Manager – Program Management

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of the UOBI CADR rollout projects for the EDAG re‑platform, addressing hardware and software obsolescence. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects align with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver UOBI CADR rollout projects, managing timelines, budgets and resources.
• Conduct requirements analysis with business stakeholders and translate them into detailed project plans.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data‑platform solutions, including Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Datamart components.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimise impact.
• Allocate resources efficiently, assign tasks and monitor team productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical delivery and program management on enterprise‑scale data initiatives.
• Strong background in requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Datamart architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
