Technical Growth Marketer – Programmatic SEO, Job Portal Growth & PLG

About the role

UdyogahConnect is seeking a hands‑on Technical Growth Marketer to accelerate the growth of its employer, job‑seeker, HRMS and job‑portal ecosystem across multiple regions. The role blends programmatic SEO, technical SEO, analytics, product‑led growth and conversion optimisation to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable SEO landing pages for jobs, employers, industries, countries and occupations.
• Improve technical SEO, crawlability, structured data and indexation.
• Increase employer registrations, demo bookings and job postings.
• Boost job‑seeker registrations, resume uploads, applications and app downloads.
• Optimise employer and job‑seeker conversion funnels and implement JobPosting schema.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, CTO and product team.
• Create analytics dashboards and track growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in programmatic SEO.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with SaaS, job portals or recruitment platforms.
• Understanding of product‑led growth and conversion funnels.
• Ability to work with developers through GitHub and manage structured data.
