Technical Project Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Programs

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑workstream IT and cybersecurity programmes from initiation through to audit‑ready closure. You will act as a strategic enabler, ensuring governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment across infrastructure, cloud, applications, AI and security domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage integrated programme plans across multiple workstreams, delivering end‑to‑end outcomes.
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, including scope, milestones, critical path, RAID logs and change control.
• Define standard artefacts such as workstream plans, deliverable registers, acceptance criteria and evidence requirements.
• Serve as the single source of truth for programme status using Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Engage senior stakeholders (CTO, Head of IT, technology leads) to drive consensus and accountability.
• Coordinate across Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, AI and CIS/SecOps teams to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks across network, endpoint, cloud, IAM, SIEM and AI governance.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, steering committee packs and board‑ready summaries.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT/security programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including networks, firewalls, endpoint management, IAM and cloud services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities and tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance discipline (RAID, critical path, steering committee reporting).
