Technical Project Manager – ServiceNow & Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead ServiceNow, application performance monitoring and observability initiatives. The role combines strong project‑management expertise with deep technical knowledge of IT operations and monitoring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow, APM and observability projects, defining scope, timelines and resources.
• Plan, execute, govern and report on project progress, managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, applications, security and business units.
• Drive implementation and enhancements for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, event management and service mapping.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering‑committee updates and status reviews.
• Manage vendor and third‑party relationships where required.
• Monitor project KPIs, service performance metrics and ensure compliance with ITIL, change‑management and governance standards.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of project‑management experience, preferably in IT service delivery.
• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow and monitoring/observability solutions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and risk‑mitigation capabilities.
• Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
