Technical Specialist – Manufacturing Operations (Contract)

About the role

The Technical Specialist will support Manufacturing operations across Readiness, Run, and Release phases. This contract position is ideal for candidates with a biotechnology background seeking hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and revise Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Change Requests (CRs) for technology transfers and process campaigns.
• Conduct operational risk assessments, pre‑campaign trainings, and manage related documentation.
• Support deviation assessments, CAPA management, rejected material handling, and audit participation during run phases.
• Lead deviation and trend investigations, document root‑cause analyses, and determine corrective actions for product release.

Required profile

• Degree in Biotechnology or Biomedical Science.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal prior experience.
