Technician – Equipment Maintenance & Service

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technician to support ongoing projects and maintain critical equipment in a hospital environment. The role involves delivering warranty, preventive, and breakdown services while ensuring rapid on‑site turnaround.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project execution and routine equipment maintenance.
• Perform warranty, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service tasks.
• Test, commission, and conduct pre‑delivery checks on new equipment.
• Assemble equipment and coordinate repairs, quotations, and spare‑part supply with customers.
• Achieve a 4‑10 hour on‑site turnaround for service calls during weekdays.
• Work independently, including after‑hours standby duties when required.
• Prepare job sheets, obtain customer approval, and liaise with the billing team for accurate invoicing.
• Adhere to local safety regulations (WSH Act) and GDPMD/ISO procedures.
• Participate in training and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
