Technology Program Lead – Workplace & Infrastructure Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Program Lead to drive a high‑impact workplace transformation initiative for a strategic client. The role will own end‑to‑end planning, deployment and optimisation of IT infrastructure and modern workplace technologies within a large office renovation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business and renovation objectives.
• Serve as the primary client‑facing leader, managing senior stakeholders and expectations.
• Lead delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across all phases, coordinating IT, facilities, construction and vendors.
• Manage RFPs, vendor evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Plan and execute migration, cut‑over and rollout strategies, establishing testing, QA and implementation governance.
• Monitor risks, timelines and provide executive‑level reporting.
• Drive user adoption, communication and change‑management initiatives.
• Lead post‑go‑live optimisation and transition to operations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT project or programme management, preferably in MSP, IT services or consulting environments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale programmes (>$2M) and interacting with C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong experience in vendor management, RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Experience with office relocation, smart buildings or workplace transformation projects is a plus.
• PMP or ITIL certification is desirable.
