Technology Recruitment Manager – Build Your Own Desk

About the role

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Manager to create and lead a specialist tech recruitment desk. You will have full autonomy to develop the practice, drive business development and build long‑term client relationships within the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a specialist technology recruitment desk from the ground up.
• Drive full‑cycle 360 recruitment activities, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing and placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, CTOs and other business stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client partnerships.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for both permanent and contract roles.
• Mentor junior recruiters as the desk expands.
• Become a recognised market expert within your chosen technology vertical.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience with a proven 360 track record.
• Strong business development and client acquisition record.
• Experience recruiting for technology, digital, AI, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, product or software engineering functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
