About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our recruitment team on site. In this role you will engage potential candidates, spark interest in interview opportunities, and help us meet hiring targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Present job opportunities and encourage interview participation.
- Schedule interviews and maintain accurate interaction records.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals.
Required profile
- Experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive communication style.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced office environment.
