Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.

• Schedule interviews and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals.

• Experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive communication style.
