About the role
We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to drive sales of insurance products through outbound calls. You will engage with leads supplied by our partners, understand their needs, and recommend suitable coverage solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make telemarketing calls to partner‑provided leads to promote insurance offerings.
- Achieve defined sales targets and conversion rates.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or telesales experience in the financial sector.
- Relevant certifications such as BCP, PGI, and HI.
