Temporary Assistant Manager / Manager (Industry Partnership Agreements)

About the role

NHG is looking for a temporary Assistant Manager / Manager (maternity cover) for the Translational Research Office (TRO), with the possibility of conversion to a contract position in a similar role. The incumbent will mainly support the drafting and review of industry partnership agreements and work closely with the NHG Centre for MedTech and Innovations (CMTi), the NHG Legal Office and research offices across NHG institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review industry partnership and other research- or innovation-related agreements for NHG Health and its institutions
• Coordinate and facilitate the review and negotiation of agreements involving multiple NHG institutions
• Track review timelines, follow up on pending matters and ensure continuity of in-progress agreements
• Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs, templates and relevant policy documents
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Translational Research Office during the cover period

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related disciplines
• Prior experience in research contracts management or related administrative work is preferred
• Familiarity with the national research funding landscape and grant schemes is an advantage
• Able to work independently, manage timelines and handle multiple tasks at once
• Meticulous, organised, proactive and a team player with a positive, professional attitude
