Temporary Retail Pharmacy Assistant – Public Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Temporary Retail Pharmacy Assistant to support our public healthcare pharmacy operations across Singapore. The role involves handling stock, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth daily transactions in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves and in storage.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with annual stocktaking.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Handle POS transactions, invoicing, and generate shipping labels.
• Coordinate deliveries and support new outlet setups and stock transfers.
• Maintain the online store by uploading products and ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Provide customer service, addressing enquiries and complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC or GCE N/O/A levels.
• At least 2 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting stock for display and replenishment.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract for an initial 3‑month period, renewable.
• Salary range SGD 1,600 – 1,800 per month.
