Test Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our semiconductor manufacturing team in Singapore. The role focuses on final inspection (FI) testing of wafers, ensuring high quality, yield and reliability across our production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform RF and DC testing of wafers during the Final Inspection (FI) process.
• Maintain and improve FI performance, targeting higher yield and reliability.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP).
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to reduce cost and yield loss.
• Develop work procedures, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Analyse low‑yield or testing issues and provide feedback to process teams.
• Support the operations team and technicians, including after‑hours assistance for testing‑related problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
• Approximately 3 years of testing experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with wafer‑level e‑Test is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.

• Statistical analysis tools such as JMP.
