Test Manager / Project Manager (Scrum Master) – Treasury & FX

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager who will also act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for Treasury and FX initiatives. The role combines end‑to‑end test strategy, delivery governance, and agile execution to ensure high‑quality releases across trading, treasury, and risk platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise‑level test strategy for Treasury & FX platforms.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and drive automation to improve efficiency.
• Own delivery of Treasury/FX projects, handling scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure continuous delivery improvements.
• Engage with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk and Operations teams to translate business requirements into test scenarios and delivery plans.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years in banking/financial services IT, with 5+ years in test management or delivery roles.
• Strong exposure to Treasury and FX domains (Spot, Forward, Swaps, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Proven experience leading projects or Scrum teams in an Agile or hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Test lifecycle & methodologies.
• Defect management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM.
• Automation frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• SQL and data‑validation techniques.
• Integration testing of APIs, batch jobs and Control‑M.
• Experience with Murex, Calypso or Temenos T24.
