Tier-2 IT Support Engineer – Singapore & APAC

About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated Tier-2 IT Support Engineer to provide professional, timely support to its Singapore office and APAC users. You will ensure hardware reliability, manage onboarding/off‑boarding processes, and maintain service levels in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (laptops, docks, monitors, peripherals, cables).
• Maintain and support end‑user workstations and docking stations.
• Handle ITSM tickets, ensure SLA compliance, and produce daily service reports.
• Prepare and configure laptops for new hires and manage user account provisioning.
• Support conference‑room AV systems and resolve meeting‑room connectivity issues.
• Perform basic network‑room maintenance under client guidance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and reconcile monthly inventories.
• Image laptops, support MDM tools, and assist with device provisioning.
• Follow IT security policies, handle PII securely, and support media sanitisation.
• Participate in Tier‑2 support meetings, provide back‑fill coverage, and contribute to service‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.

• Microsoft 365 administration and end‑user support.
• Okta (SSO, identity & access management).
• AV/conference‑room equipment support.

• Basic networking knowledge (network‑room support under guidance).
• IT security and compliance awareness.
