Trademark Consultant – Full‑time (On‑site)

About the role

Accolade IP Singapore is seeking a full‑time Trademark Consultant to work on‑site at its Tanjong Pagar office. You will support clients by delivering comprehensive trademark services, from initial searches to portfolio management, while upholding the firm’s high professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough trademark searches and analyses for client filings.
• Prepare, file, and monitor trademark applications across relevant jurisdictions.
• Manage existing trademark portfolios, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Advise clients on intellectual‑property strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored trademark solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in professional service sales is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of trademark law and hands‑on experience preparing and filing trademark applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage trademark portfolios effectively.
• Strong communication and client advisory capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in an on‑site professional environment.
