Training and Quality Supervisor

About the role

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global business process outsourcing company providing customer experience, sales and digital marketing services and content moderation, is hiring a Training and Quality Supervisor. The role covers the performance evaluation and certification of trainers, the design and monitoring of training programmes, and contributes to the quality management system.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and certify trainers through coaching, mentoring, class observations and assessments.
• Set team and individual goals aligned with programme and company goals.
• Design course curricula based on needs analysis, employee feedback, client expectations, leadership requests, industry best practice and existing L&D strategy.
• Plan, analyse and oversee programme performance so that business groups improve.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success and ROI of training programmes and report on them.
• Work closely with teams and clients to keep training and the knowledge base up to date.
• Apply appropriate leadership techniques to meet each employee's needs.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management, including maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Degree, postgraduate diploma or professional degree in any field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience developing policies, process documentation, training and communication materials, and managing people.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis and performance gap analysis.
• Strong facilitation skills using adult learning theories.
• Competence in e-content and design development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the language of the supporting market.
