Training Manager – Lifting Equipment & Wire Ropes

About the role

The Training Manager joins the Sales team to deliver on‑site and online training for Green Pin® lifting equipment and wire ropes across Asia Pacific. You will act as the technical point of contact for distributors and end users, helping them understand product benefits and safe rigging practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑location and virtual training sessions for riggers, distributor sales staff and other trainers.
• Develop and update training materials in collaboration with corporate training, marketing and product management.
• Expand the training network, identify registration opportunities and gather market feedback.
• Communicate product feedback to R&D to support future innovations.
• Report to the Area Sales Manager with a dotted‑line relationship to the corporate training department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hoisting and rigging operations within the industry.
• Completed rigging courses and/or certification from a recognised body (e.g., LEEA).
• Based in the Asia Pacific region with willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to interact with customers and manufacturers in China.
• Passion for educating others and explaining technical concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Learning Management software.
