Training Officer – $5,000 Joining Bonus for Singaporeans & PRs

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes for our workforce. The role includes a generous joining bonus of $5,000 for Singapore citizens and permanent residents.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Design effective training programmes and select suitable venues.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
• Prepare educational materials such as module summaries and videos.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Maintain attendance records and other training documentation.
• Evaluate training outcomes to identify improvement areas.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) – preferred but not essential.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WLF, ACLP) – preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn operation of all SATS GSE for training purposes.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools – preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Confident in engaging an audience.
• Strong time‑management, critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
