Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel

About the role

As a Travel Consultant for corporate clients, you will be the primary point of contact, helping customers travel smart and efficiently. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies while providing expert consultation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as DOT, TSA, passport and visa requirements.
• Provide clients with industry information on fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel industry trends and offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a travel agent or in a similar travel‑consulting role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of travel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the GDS Sabre system.
