We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join Thrive Organization as Business Development and Marketing Associates. The role combines travel across the region with hands‑on experience in leading live marketing campaigns and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing events and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with clients, negotiate proposals and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign delivery.
• Travel to regional offices or client sites as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated by performance‑based income and uncapped earnings.
